Payment & Delivery


What payment methods are accepted? 

We accept all major credit/debit card payments. Payment can also be made via PayPal, the payment processing platform for online shopping.


Local Orders

For purchases of SGD $90 and above, delivery within Singapore will be FREE of charge. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery.

For purchases, less than SGD $90, delivery is available at a flat rate of SGD $8 island wide. Please allow for 3 - 5 working days for delivery.

Delivery Arrangement

If you requested for delivery, A Customer Relations Officer will call you in 3 working days after your purchase, to arrange a delivery. We seek your understanding that the delivery turnaround time may take longer during peak seasons. Please ensure that someone is present to sign and acknowledge delivery at the delivery location.

Pick Up In Store Arrangement

If you requested for pick up in store, A customer Relations Officer will call you in 3 working days after your purchase to arrange a pick-up in store.

On-site Service

On site service is available for selected products during the Guarantee Period. A transportation and service charge of S$80 will be levied for products requiring service after the Guarantee Period, not including parts replacement. Where on-site service is provided, OTO is only obliged to perform work and services within the scope of the warranty. OTO is not obliged to perform any other work or services, including but not limited to the removal or transport of the product from where it is housed.
