Exchange & Warranty Policies.

Exchange Policy

Once your products are delivered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us for a 1 – 1 exchange upon any problems detected.

For it to be valid,

  1. Invoice must be shown for verification.
  2. Products purchased must be returned and exchanged in its original packaging within 7 days.
  3. Please contact us at 6745 5381 between 9am – 6pm on business days or email us at for more details.

Warranty Policies

Our products are fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects.

During the warranty period, free servicing and replacement of parts will be provided if our product does not function properly under normal usage as instructed in the user manual. Kindly find out more about your product’s warranty period in their individual product pages, or as indicated in your invoice.

Please note: We apologize but warranty does not cover the following cases. Cosmetic appearance, general wear and tears, acts-of-god and product damaged by customer’s mistake (exception: only the packaging is opened).

On-Site Servicing

OTO is only obliged to perform work and services within the scope of the warranty or as scheduled. OTO is not obliged to perform any other work or services, including but not limited to the removal or transportation of the product from where it is housed. If removable or transportation of products is required, additional charges may apply, do let us know beforehand for such arrangements.

On-site servicing is available for selected products during the Warranty Period. If your product is no longer under warranty but requires servicing, servicing is still available but chargeable at a cost.

Please note: Transportation and service charges are varied for different products after the Warranty Period.
