What payment mode we accept?

We accept all major credit/debit card payments. Payment can also be made via PayPal, the payment processing platform for online shopping.

How long does it take to confirm my order?

Once payment has been completed.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

All successful orders will display an on-screen confirmation message and will receive an order confirmation email with delivery details and order number. If you have not received a confirmation email within 3-5 business days, kindly contact us at or +65 6745 5381. Please do not re-create your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any orders once payment is confirmed.

How do I use a promo code?

Head on over to your shopping bag, and under your order total, enter your promo code in the box that says ‘Enter promo code’ and click ‘Apply’. Please note that promo codes must be applied to receive the qualifying item or offer.

What do I do if I have a problem with item ordered?
