Delivery Fees
Enjoy free delivery within Singapore for purchases of S$ 90.00 and above.
Otherwise, for purchases less than S$ 90.00, delivery is available at a flat rate of S$ 15.00 island-wide.
Delivery Period
Your product will be delivered within 3-8 business days upon purchase to the address provided by you (This is subjected to stock availability).
Delivery Arrangement
Our Customer Relations Officer will call you within 3 business days after your purchase, to arrange the delivery date and time. Kindly ensure that someone is present to acknowledge delivery at the delivery location.
During peak season and sale, we seek for your understanding that the delivery turnaround time might be a little longer than expected.
Delivery Service
All orders are dispatched from our Singapore’s warehouse. We use our in-house transport or outsource to third parties depending on the type of delivery.
Import taxes/custom duties
We are pleased to inform you that OTO will absorb taxes and custom charges incurred.
